The diamond dating from the mid Victorian era is of great quality with fantastic fire and sparkle.
The ring would make the most special engagement, anniversary, or gents ring being set with a large diamond.
Old Mine cut diamonds offer the best investment diamonds due to their increasing rarity and especially in these large sizes. Cut by hand and without the aid of modern machinery each Old Mine cut diamond has its own individual charm and character. Old Mine cut diamonds are not being cut any more (having been superseded by the bland characterless modern brilliant cuts) making them superb investment diamonds as well as being unique (each stone being different) and therefore personal to the owner. Something that I truly believe is one of there greatest assets. No two are ever the same....just like the people that wear them. It is no surprise that Old Mine cut diamonds are the diamonds of choice or Royalty all over the world.
A stunning piece of investment jewellery which you would be VERY hard to find another and especially not at this uniquely low price!
We can also offer just the diamond if you would like is to make a ring for this stunning stone.
Offered for sale in exceptional condition and for only £5295.
Please note old Mine cut diamonds are deeper and have a thicker girdle and higher table than modern brilliant cuts therefore they measure differently in mm sizes. The GIA calculations for Old cut stones is length x width x depth x 0.0066 (this factor is 0.0061 for modern brilliant cut stones).
This ring should be worn enjoyed but also viewed as an investment piece as it will only increase in value (something most modern jewellery will simply not do).
It will of course come in a quality ring box as you would expect from a quality jeweller.
All our pictures are taken with a Macro zoom lens to allow for very detailed inspection of the ring and we only use natural day light. We DO NOT use LED lighting to enhance the pictures on any of our jewellery (this is a method used in most high street jewellers so be careful and always take stones outside to view in natural lighting conditions). This helps to ensure you are getting the ring as it is advertised and without any fabrications.
You can buy with confidence knowing we offer a full no quibble money back guarantee if you are not completely happy with 14 days.
